1. General Disclaimer

All services offered by Laura’s Aura Holistic Therapies, including but not limited to Energy Healing, Reiki, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Timeline Therapy, and Spinal Energetics, are intended to support personal growth, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual development. These services are complementary and are not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.

If you are experiencing symptoms of a physical or mental health condition, please seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Client Responsibility

By engaging in any of our services, you agree that:

  • You take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and personal decisions.

  • You understand that results are unique to each individual and cannot be guaranteed.

  • You agree to disclose any physical or mental health conditions, injuries, or medications that may impact your session or training participation.

3. Informed Consent

By attending any session, training, or class, you confirm that:

  • Your participation is completely voluntary.

  • You are aware that emotional, physical, and energetic responses may occur during or after the session.

  • You will communicate any discomfort, concerns, or questions with your practitioner.

4. Spinal Energetics Specific Consent

Spinal Energetics is a somatic and energetic modality that may include involuntary movement, vocal release, or emotional expression. By booking a session, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the nature of the practice and consent to the energetic interaction.

  • You are not currently pregnant, under the influence of substances, or suffering from a medical condition that would prohibit participation (unless cleared by a healthcare professional).

  • You understand Spinal Energetics is not a form of physical therapy or chiropractic adjustment.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions or trainings is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where:

  • Disclosure is legally required (e.g., risk to self or others).

  • Consultation with another professional is required, and you have given permission.

6. Session Booking & Cancellations

  • All sessions and trainings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged.

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (under 4 hours) or no-shows will incur the full session fee.

  • Training fees and deposits are non-refundable unless specified.

7. Training Terms (Reiki & NLP)

  • A non-refundable deposit secures your place in the course.

  • Certificates are issued only upon completion of all required content and practice.

  • Respectful, professional behaviour is expected in all group environments.

  • Group and peer confidentiality must be upheld at all times.

8. Scope of Practice

Laura’s Aura Holistic Therapies:

  • Does not offer diagnosis or medical/psychological treatment.

  • Works within the scope of holistic, energetic, and subconscious modalities.

  • May refer clients to qualified professionals when necessary.

9. Liability Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, Laura’s Aura Holistic Therapies and its practitioners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages sustained during or after participation in any session, class, or training.

10. Intellectual Property

All handouts, meditations, written content, and training materials are the intellectual property of Laura’s Aura Holistic Therapies and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.

12. Agreement

By booking, attending, or participating in any session, course, or training with Laura’s Aura Holistic Therapies, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
